Wow, might I be the only one who's first car was a Subaru? When I was 18 I bought an 85 Subaru GL wagon, with all the B-day and X-mas money I had got through highschool ($2500, IIRC). It was a 2WD A/T, and the best part was that the rear seats folded nearly flat, with room for 2 to, uh, lay down back there. I'll let that speak for itself.

Anyways, my brother got the car after me, then my mom drove it for a while. After that we sold it to one of my brother's friends, who soon after destroyed it.
