No, probably not. I tried to go up Mt. Rose Hwy today and S. Virginia/395 was backed up to about Damonte Ranch (at 2:30ish) |
Yeah, that's because 395 is closed at Mt. Rose Hwy except for residents that are trying to get in to evacuate their pets/belonings.
