The new Perrins are pretty sweet, it's what we're running on the coupe. No flex issues, just a master cylinder issue to sort out because we put them in a 1.8 liter with Legacy Turbo rear brakes, and the pedal is totally solid......
Not very blingin', but they should work fine.
I have the old wilwoods, and while they're a little flexy, they stop on a dime and give me 9 cents change.....
