The slow speed u-turns I couldn't make within the box. I locked the rear wheel on the braking and took one of the turns a little too slow. Nothing too bad, I just need to practice slow speed manevuers when I get a bike.
I had a hard time in the u-turn box as well, I got out of shape way early on the turn and there was no way I was going to be able to make it in the box. Luckily, I was riding a dirt bike, so I just stood up on it and shifted my weight to allow the bike to lean way over like I would on my mountain bike and *just* made it. As soon as I finished the instructor was like "how the hell did you make that?"
