Sure... lots of cars in Japan have chimes that ring at speeds over 100kph. (You know that'd be the 1st thing ripped out of my dash... much like the Jeep's buzzer. ) However, I'm pretty sure that even if Subaru's ECU has said output, it wouldn't be connected to a fog horn under the hood. Geez people, I know common sense is dying in America, but if you really think that it would make sense to install a horn that only goes off when the car drives over 140mph... a speed that the stock WRX can't even reach... then you're just vanilla flavored gullible.
