There is quite a bit that can happen if you are still under 18. The judge takes a totally different approach as compared to someone over 18.

First off, hope you get a different judge. Even if you get the same one, hope she doesn't remember what she said before She can still remove this one of your record if she wants! I got 2 removed before I was 18. You may have to do traffic school or some type of impact panel, but again, its totally up to the judge.

If she removes the incident, your insurance company nor the DMV will have any record of it. This is what you want to happen.

Now, if the judge does not remove the ticket, you will want to do driving school to at least remove the demerit points from your license. This DOES NOT remove the incident though. Insurance will catch up at this point down the line and your insurance will go up.
