Okay... AIMES called me, everything's ready to be picked up! They charged me only $65, aka 1 hour of labor, for the bearing swap, and they even packed the bearings w/ the RedLine grease I supplied!
Hell, if it's only $65+parts for a pair of bearings, then I'm not going to bother with my own press for a bit. As long as I'm proactive about getting them re-packed every few thousand track/autoX miles, I shouldn't need new bearings for a
long time. Plus the StopTechs should take care of any major heat issues up front, which means I'm good to go for a while.
I'm going to pick up all the parts today at lunch. Let's just hope there are no issues re-installing the hubs and the RF axle that had to come out!
