There is actually a kit/plan for this RC plane out there somewhere. I Remember seeing it when I was big into RC planes. it is basically a flying wing a balsawood "handle" I also recall that the cross peices on he handle are also airfoil to add lift and stability. The rear wheels are actually rudders, and the trailing edge of the mower bed is configured as elevrons.

There are all sorts of other wacky looking things that RCers hae made fly...

i recall a cinder block, a train loomotive, Christmas tree, present, etc. funny stuff.
