I agree w/ Scott on the cartoony look. You know, my wife has an awesome embroidery machine. She may be able to do an embroidered logo on a shirt or hat for us. All she needs is a jpeg of the image.

That would be very cool, even if we provide our own shirts or whateverr.
Something embroidered that I can wear to work would be cool. (Non T-Shirt) Polo, Henley, Button Down...
Any idea how much it would cost for her to do per shirt?
