The Turbo vs. Supercharger debate has been going for eons. The reason you usually see superchargers on large displacement cars is because most people that have the large displacement cars are into drag racing, and the supercharger is a little bit better for dragging than turbos since the power is lag-less.

However, for a track driven Mustang, I could see a twin-turbo kit making a lot of sense. The car already has a ton of torque low-down, so much so, that traction is already an issue exiting corners. The added low-end grunt that the supercharger has over the turbo isn't necessary in that scenario. Also, a 4.6L or 5.0L motor can flow quite a bit of exhaust, so they should get pretty good turbo response.

That kit in particular looks like it could be using TD04 (stock WRX) sized turbos. Two of those should be good enough to flow for 500 to 600hp. Although I'd like to see the compression on the motor dropped a hair so they could run the turbos in the 12psi range where they're most efficient, using them to boost 6 or 7 intercooled psi on a stock motor should make that car faster than stink, with a ton of low-end to boot.

Assuming the driver can keep the wheels hooked up, that Mustang will smoke STi's at the strip, and with the addition of suspension and brake mods, it should give even modded STi's a run out at the track.
