Fun info. Most apartment property mangement has expresed that all the damage done to vehciles under car ports will not be covered under the apartment insurance policies. This means each person will have to go under their own policy to cover their vehicles.

I am not sure how many apartment complexs have chosen to do this yet, but I guess when you sign a lease with certain ones, they have a clause stating that damages due to 'acts of god' may not be covered.

Haven't gotten offical word or anything, just what I have been hearing.
