Eh, kind of. On the basic level, yes that is correct. The webserver will see the people connecting, requesting the file etc..
But, for forum itself, people have to be viewing the actual page (and not logged in) to be registered as a guest.

Kevin: I can't check usage from here as it requires a non-por 80 connection.
However, we've got 500GB/mo... and on a busy month, we use like 7. So I'm not too worried. Hell, even the c-strike server's bandwidth didn't faze us.
I think the server itself would crap out before we could kill the bandwidth.
