Um... shouldn't you at the absolute least have a gauge that tells you the A/F ratio? Or better yet, some sort of engine managment to ensure you're running enought fuel? IF the car "doesn't seem to be running so rich" how can you be sure that it's not leaning out at like 5000 to 5500 rpms?
S-AFC are a lot cheaper than a new motor... and remember: your car is always fastest right before it blows up.
