As far as the instal being a pain...putting the actuall chip in is super easy. Maybe 10 minutes of the 2 hour job. The hard part is getting the ECU out which requires yoga like skills and patience...I have neither. But with people taking turns it shouldnt be *as* bad. Ahh... I thought the chip went in recently...

I doubt the difference in the pulley will be repeatable on a G-Tech. The gains are probably right around the same as the G-Tech's margin of error.
