Go to Summit, by 4 Quarts of Shockproof Redline Oil. You will not be disappointed.

Changing the tranny fluid is easy. Make sure you open BOTH drain holes though.

Replace the Rear diff fluid with the factory stuff, I would recommend using the factory fluid or equivalent in the rear end.

My Tranny fluid was burnt and nasty at 25,000 miles, so I think you are at a good point to change it.
Make sure you use the "Lightweight" shockproof. The other stuff is *way* too thick.
