Everybody has to "mix" the paint. The factory doesn't ship/sell paint. The color code is actually on the car, usually on a sticker in the trunk.
Lithia is actually where I am meeting the adjuster... Right now I'm looking for realistic estimates for a GOOOD paint job.
I think my intercooler is full of rocks also...

The best work I've seen in town is from Shaber Ave. Autobody in Sparks. They do mostly classic car restorations. One of the guys I work with needed a new front end on his brand new C5 Vette, and went there *after* the dealer did a shitty job to try and get it back to factory condition. He told me the work they did was actually a lot better than the original factory job! So, when I got hit by debris on the freeway, I had them do the work on my WRX, and it was flawless. The only downside is that because the shop isn't on the insurance's "preferred" list, they will probably have to send an adjuster out there to check out the shop to make sure they can guarentee the work will be up to par, but I didn't have any issues. Also, the shop is insanely busy w/ car restorations, so it might take a bit to get in.
As far as Gilson's... they did the work on my SVX. I think they did a rushed job. There's a few spots of overspray due to poor masking on the car. Plus they ended up charging me a bunch more than my estimate w/o calling me before hand.

However, the paint seems like it's high quality, and the car looks *much* better than it did even before the sand-damage.
