In any controlled road-course environment, a well tuned car will be faster than a well tuned bike. The thrust to weight of a bike is amazing, but they just can't match the comparitivley
massive grip advantage the car has due to twice the number of tires, that are usually 3 or 4 times as wide. Plus, a car can shift its weight nearly instantaneously, while a bike has to wait for the rider to tilt the bike over.
I don't know the times, but I bet the competative cars that run the hill climb are much faster than a bike could ever be up that stretch unless there's a couple of huge straights that I don't know about.
When it comes to the twisties... car > bike... even if the bike's more fun.
