Bill was
the old school tuner back in the day. I remember back when him and I-Speed started, they were soooo cool. I've met him and his a super nice guy with an awesome car. But, like Aaron said nothing to do with S-S and lives in So Cal now. Having been involved in Subaru clubs for far too long (since '99, yikes) I've seen plenty of crappy shops and tuners and I can't imagine you'd be unhappy with a tune done by Nate, and if for some reason you where I have no doubt they'd do everything they could to make you happy. I never hesitate to take my car there.
