Scott's thread seems to have lost its momentum, so let's try a new one. To make it harder, you can only pick 2 US manufactured cars regardless of market sold.
US: Yeah, uh, guess.
Results 1 - 20 of about 173,000 for SUV
Germany: Mercedes Benz 240D diesel... ug. Everytime I'm stuck behind one of these things on the road, I'm glad I don't carry a weapon, or I'd put a few rounds through the block to put all of these damn things out of my misery.
Europe: Volvo 240 diesel. See above. (Caveat: both of the above cars are RWD and smog exempt, which means they are awesome candidates for fire-breathing awesome mobile type engine swaps. All non-enhanced examples should be folded, spindled, and mutilated.)
UK: Jaguar XJ220 How could they make such a sweet car handle so awfully?
Japan: Toyota Echo Slow, ugly, crappy, and gets no better gas milage than the Corolla that only cost $1200 more. Fail, unless you're a 17 year old girl. Footnote: GIS says that in Canadia, Toyota Echo = Scion xA, which narrowly missed winning this category anyway.
