Well, he never would have been a general-population prisioner.
But I agree that guy's got issues. I have a really hard time believing that a guy that pretends he's a 12 yr old boy when he's over 40, surrounds himself w/ 12 yr old boys, mutilates himself w/ surgery, and acts generally like a crazy person isn't guilty of
something!
