I've been looking for a definitive answer to this too. The anti-sway bar section says anything goes, but the suspension section clearly says no increased metal bushings. If I were running in National Tour events or at Nats, I wouldn't press the issue. For our local stuff, I wouldn't care about endlink bushings personally. To me, you're within the spirit of the rules with the Perrins. Others may disagree with that though. Basically the safe choice is not to get spherical bushings, but if you were to get protested for them, you may not actually be DQ'd.
Dean, I think "method of attachment" may mean the actual mounts, not the endlinks. Since endlinks are moving parts attached (on Subarus at least) to the moving parts defined as "suspension" one would have a case to claim it was illegal.
