Actually that is the standard issue vest, same one I have on in the pic. with the Romanian guys. they will take several hits from 7.62mm.. but he is very lucky.
*edit* that video makes me wince...considering this place is getting very nasty now...hell we got rocket attacked on our main post last week..some nice 104 rockets launched right into the center of the base..hell of a weak up call...I love bunker diving in the early AM
