I agree.. I honestly believe that the race arguement is completely unmerited, and unnecessary. It upsets me that that is thown out there as the reason things are not going well in NO. But, people love to throw racism in everyones face. I bet Bush's approval ratings fall to their lowest point ever in coming weeks. He's a scapegoat in this disaster.
