I think the more you might know about the product the more likely you will be to be too honest. You would'nt want the wrong customer driving away in the wrong car.

Werd. The fact that I was both knowledgeable and passionate about cars in general was not helpful to me in my brief stint as a car salesman. Far from the biggest reason I sucked at it though.
