Actually a 5MT swap costs about the same as a new remanufactured 4EAT (and they all fail at some point on that car), so the manual tranny isn't all that hard to do as long as you know someone with fabrication skills. The EG33 motor is 3.3L flat-6 and puts out 230hp stock, and has fully forged internals, making it damn near bullet-proof (which is why it's used by a lot of sand-rail and aircraft builders). Simply adding N2O will put the car, at stock weight, into the 12's. The factory headlights are already projectors nicer than any other non-HID US lights, you just have to get the clear lenses for 'em:



So, the really the turbo is probably the hardest item on your list, and that's mostly because there's no good user-tunable solution for engine management without going to a stand-alone ECU, a MAF out of a twin-turbo Z, and some large injectors, which causes the driveability to suffer.
