You're kidding right?
A nice SVX should be around $5k... that's like $8k cheaper than a GC/GM! The problem is more finding a nice one rather than affording one. I got mine for significantly less than $5,000, but I've put about a total of $7k into my car including the car itself, the new axles, brakes, radiator, stereo, alarm, wheels, lights, grill, and the paint job. But I'll be damned if it's not a sweet daily driver.
