Snow or not, people need to learn how to get the hell out of the left lane. Millions of our tax dollars go to place signs every 5 miles up and down the freeways that read "Slower Traffic Keep Right". People should read them once and a while.

It's simple: If you're not actively passing another car, you shouldn't be in the left lane. The only acception to this that I let slide are the spots on 80 where the road is so bad you risk breaking the suspension by riding in the unending string of pot-holes that is the right lane. Then I can understand cruising the left... but for the love of god, use the rearview. Once every 7 seconds folks, that's how often you're supposed to check the mirrors!
