I use www.dreamhost.com, I jsut picked up a screaming deal; their base package is 20gb of space and a terabyte of transfers a month, mail, all that junk.

Their corporate packages have the specs you'd need; I paid $20 for the first year, total, with a coupon

Their Code Monster package is 60gb of space, 15.95 a month and 1.6 TB a month.
