I think a 1'17 will probably win it... I think my best time right now is like a 1'18.9 or so, but I only ran 15 - 20 laps to get there.
So far I've found the biggest place to make up time is T4. If you can get the car to turn in and get back on the throttle just right, you can take that corner nearly flat out... which make a *huge* difference down the straight between T4 and T5... but you gotta time the turn in just right to put the car on the apex and run-out curbs... too early or late and you're in the dirt and it's a wasted lap.
