You clearly missed my point, and you're contradicting yourself...

How can you "not notice much difference" between RE070's and your snows, yet describe how much they want to hydroplane? RE070's are designed for maximum dry grip, at the expense of all other handling. Which is why your comment that your snow tires felt the same is so rediculous.

And of course it's your perogative to want different tires... hell, it's better for those of us that do race if you sell your tires, 'cause 070's cost too much new. Plus, I'd much rather see people w/o track training on some tires that are a bit more forgiving on the street, if only to keep our insurance rates down.
