Very true. I remember causing whiplash driving past parking lots and gas stations when my RS was new, and that was in the 4st model year. Then I had two different insurance adjustors try to tell me that my aftermarket hood and bumper wouldn't be covered. The second time was last August.
I miss the complete lack of recognition of the RS by the general public. Even people who were somewhat in the know thought it was an imported WRX.
