It doesn't look like anyone else posted a faster time, so here's the next challenge:

Lister Storm V12 Race Car '99

at

Cote de Azure (aka Monaco)

The car should be available to all IIRC, and the track becomes available on day 183 which most people should be passed, and if not it's pretty easy to get to. Of course all the normal rules apply, and just to be explicit: wall riding is not allowed, as this is one of the track where is can make a difference.
