Thanks a bunch BanSuvs , called summit and reserved the last medium open faced helmet they had in stock. (didn't realize they had a sparks store front) This way i can try it on before i buy it (sizing chart says i should be a medium ) , perfect
worst case it doesn't fit and i go with a loaner
