Hill Climbs are way down the road man. There's nobody on this board even qualified for an SCCA Level 4 Club Trial, aka Hill Climb, except Gary Sheehan.
And I don't think you need to get a photo on your ID to get into an SFR event. Your membership card + DL should be enough.
