You can get a rough idea just by looking at the wheels while standing in front of or behind the car by like 20 feet. 1 degree of neg. camber is pretty easy to notice. You'll see that the top of the tires are closer together than the bottoms (in the rear, for example).

Instead of rolling my fenders, I got an alignment that got me -1.8 of camber all around. It's a bit excessive for a commuter car, but tire where seems fine so far (not that I've had enough time to say for sure) and handeling is noticeably better.

Alignments aren't cheap but you can save money by going to a place that gives you free re-alignments or just buy Corey some beer and see if he'll do it. Oh wait, you're like 9 years old nevermind.

Or just roll them.
