It certainly does affect almost everyone in Reno, but I guess some just have such a love for the cars that they don't mind it. Personally I love driving around during the HAN week and seeing a classic car almost everywhere I look. But then again, like most, I haven't directly dealt with the negative affects that it has on the city. Well except the traffic. Fookin traffic.
