That particular picture is from Ruland Mfg. (
http://www.ruland.com/), they look like a pretty high-end industrial supplier. Their shaft collars seem to be moderately priced... $6.52 for an aluminum 1-1/4" diameter collar. I just used the picture as an example, but I've also seen typical shaft collars & clamps that would work just fine down at my local Orchard Supply for cheaper.
