Yes, they can be turned.

What is almost dead? A couple 32nds can last an entire winter.

How deep are the grooves?

As long as you have a little pad left, I'd just wait for the new pads and get the rotors turned then.

If they are gone, throw the stockers in and they will wear to match the contours of the disk after some noise. Should be OK until spring, or whenever you want to put the new pads in.

Sid can do them and you might check with BCT.
