Ahh yes, Bill Midtgard, the man who never called me back after Lithia Service refused to note that they diagnosed my clutch as being "fine" without bothering to do the test they were told to do by the SOA tech line. 'Course it prolly wasn't Bill's fault I never got called, chances are no one ever bothered to tell him I wanted to talk to him.
