The brakes sound legal.
Take the water tank out of the I/C sprayer... that's what I did back when I had one on my WRX.
ESP and STX are similar classes... they just have slightly different rulesets... the biggest being that STX doesn't allow changes from the factory boost map.
I believe you will need an SA rated helmet for TT... I'm not 100% sure, but why in the world would you want to run a motorcycle helmet in a car? You head is kind of important.
