That car is too light and sticky for suspension that stiff. It probably handles great at slower speeds, but when speeds come up, momentum could roll it. We've had cars at autocross because of sticky tires, low weight, and no suspension travel...
There's no reason for 1200 lb/in springs on a 1300 lb car... in fact, the car is probably slower because of the over-stiff springs... at least at higher speeds. On a race track, that car would spend a lot of time in the gravel, IMO.
But, if that were a dedicated autocross car that never saw above 65 mph, it'd probably dominate.
