Yeah, I did mine for like 5 minutes at 125 or something... all you need to do is soften it up enough to get a screw driver in there.... then pry it apart. When I did mine it felt barely warm to the touch!
BTW: If you guys need to open a headlight up again, I've gt a heat gun... just heat up the seal and leave the rest cold. I guess I should have been following this thread more... I would have offered the gun before this fiasco!
