You might think this is teh funnay... My 88 Saleen had the squeakiest swaybar bushings, and I think they would bind up occasionally too. Gawd, it was annoying. So I drilled a hole thru the mounts and bushings and tapped in a zerk fitting. Gave the bushings a shot of grease every oil change and problem solved.
This unfortunately didn't stop me from spinning out sometimes on freeway on-ramps...
