I got a little more info on it...the crash was on the road between Golden Valley and Sun Valley. He claims to have been going 40, hit a patch of gravel and lost control. car ended up smashing into the hill and then ending up on its side..a small engine bay fire from a cracked injector.
Now its odd that this crash happend right after he got some cheap ebay parts (subframe brace, front strut tower bar). I think that he was going faster that 40 checking out how his new parts helped out, went to hot into corner rear kicked out he let off gas, car kicked back and shot him into side of hill then spun rolling it onto its side.

+1 on the letting off the gas while sliding and speeding.
