Yeah. this is the place right down from Paul's, they don't do pretests, and honestly, with no fault codes, no smoke, and the car running beautifully with a cat in it, who would have thought it would be a GP, especially with a new motor?
Luckily, same shop is a gold shield station and can certify GP's, so I just need to come up a with a stock exhaust (I'm sure all the oil burned through my cat and accumulated in the old one is what failed me, sinc eit was for high HC's and nothing else, not the actual motor emisssions) and they can test it again.
