How can you live w/o keyless!? I'm assuming you've attempted to reprogram all the remotes just to make sure that's not the problem?

As far as lock lubrication... get some sandpaper and a pencil, file some graphite off the pencil onto a clean sheet of paper with a crease in it, then just pour a little of the graphite dust into the keyhole before operating the key a few times to work it into the mechanism.

At least that used to be a good way to lube a door lock... but the last car I needed to do that on was an '86 Ford Escort.
