I know I have never been to a meet (you will see me in the near future, I promise) But I just thought that Pierce's Pub off Mae Anne and Robb would be a pretty good spot. Their food is better than Bully's and the parking lot there is huge with minimal traffic at night.
Only draw back is the place is not huge and no pool table

.... just my 2cents.
