I bet you won't rub... and you'll be gaining a little over an inch more ground clearance which is nice in the snow.

I'm considering going with some oversized tires on my next set of winters for the SVX (225/60-16 vs 225/50-16) which is approximately the same size larger (1.6" larger diameter). I figure, if people can cram 255's under there and lower the car, a taller snow tire should fit w/o rubbing.
