I read about that on Yahoo or somewhere right after it happened. But the article I read didn't explain what happened, except to say that the driver and her son died. I figured the car just blew up on the line or something while her son (who was her crew) was next to it. The details are crazy as hell!
Also, how do you get "thrown clear" of a dragster that you're strapped into!? I can understand the son in the chase car getting tossed, but damn!
