Yeah. That doesnt sound pleasing. But the worse part was that I did it to myself at work. I was pulling a 50lb box of a 5ft pallet by a strap and I accidentely swung it in to my gonads. It was humilitaing.

But one time during a soccer game some idiot went to boot the ball out of the air and completely missed and hit me square in the almonds. I cried too. =(

Yeah after I realized what i did to myself, I started to laugh. Then the pain kicked back in.

My brother told me to do a sumo stretch type thing, and then he kicked me in the nards do hard it lifted me off the ground.
